My name is Alyssa and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Warwick, RI. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families who are looking to make positive changes in their lives and within their relationships. I focus my work on treating a variety of symptoms and disorders including anxiety, OCD, trauma, and life stressors. I have training in Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), a type of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and evidenced based treatment that is highly effective in reducing symptoms of anxiety disorders, OCD and phobias. Treatment is tailored to each individual's need and I work collaboratively with clients on the course of treatment and therapy goals.
